The Big Event Fundraising Flowchart

Our primary goal is for your fundraiser to be smooth and easy! Therefore we have organized your school fundraiser into simple to follow steps:

1. Create your fundraising program

• Choose your sales brochure
• Choose your Prize Program

2. Decide on a kickoff date. Once you sign up for your fundraiser, your kickoff date is secured

3. Receive your Fundraiser Supply Kit which includes:

• Your How to Prepare for Your Kickoff instruction sheet
• A School Fundraising Guidebook
• Your Kickoff and Promo DVD
• Prize Program Posters
• Additional Order Forms
• Class/Group Envelopes
• Pre-Paid Mailing Box

4. Receive your Fundraising Packets which includes:

• Bilingual Parent Letter
• Sales Brochure
• Order form
• Prize Brochure

5. Kickoff day!

• Fundraiser is kicked off using your Kickoff DVD
• Fundraising packets are distributed just before dismissal

6. Promote your fundraiser!

• Promote your fundraiser using your Promo DVD throughout the sales period
• Put up your prize program posters to keep your sellers excited!

7. Turn in your order forms. Sponsor prepares order forms for shipment to using:

• Class/Group Envelopes
• Pre-Paid Mailing Box

8. Receive your fulfilled orders

• Sponsor receives shipment
• Distribute individual seller’s boxes

9. Perform Closeout. Big Event customer service assists sponsor with any additional needs prior to closing out fundraiser

10. Reward Your Sellers! If you selected a Big Event Prize Program, now’s the time to have your exciting Big Event to reward your sellers!
