Frozen Product Preparation Guidelines

Cookie Dough:

• Standard Varieties Baking Instructions: Spoon and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F
• May be at room temperature for 72 hours.

Cheesecakes:

• Thaw and serve.
• Maintain cold, may be at room temperature for up to 6 hours.

Coffee Cake:

• Thaw and serve, may be heated for 3-5 minutes at 350 F.
• Maintain cold, may be at room temperature for up to 12 hours.

Cinnamon Rolls:

• With icing packet. Thaw and heat for 3-5 minutes at 350F, drizzle on icing.
• Maintain cold, may be at room temperature for up to 12 hours.

Pretzels:

• Already baked, Heat frozen for 3-5 minutes at 350F. Original & Jalapeno supplied with salt. Moisten pretzel, dip in salt and bake. Butter and sugar may be applied to other varieties.
• Maintain cold, may be at room temperature for up to 12 hours.

Pizza:
Maintain cold, may be at room temperature for up to 6 hours.

Distribution Guidelines:

• All products are shipped frozen.
• During distribution, the products may be at room temperature, for the times shown, and then must be refrozen or refrigerated.
