Home Delivery Information

There are several things to consider with home delivery fundraisers:

  • Home deliveries do not require any organization assistance at all because the seller boxes are shipped directly to the seller.
  • Nation-wide shipping available with an approximate 2 week turn-a-round time
  • All merchandise sold by your organization is individually packaged by seller and mailed directly to the sellers home or parents work location
  • UPS is primarily used as the shipping company (No signature required)
  • Online order tracking available
  • You will know that your sellers have received their boxes because you will receive your white sponsor’s box complete with your Fundraiser’ Report and a hard copy of your invoice at the same time
  • Address information provided on your sellers order forms is used to ship your seller’s box
  • If any address information is missing from the seller’s order form, then the seller’s box will be shipped directly to your organization’s address
  • If the seller’s box is returned to the company due to the address on the seller’s order form being incorrect, or if the seller has moved, then the box will be shipped to your organization’s address
  • Any needed replacement items are handled directly between the parent(s) and our toll-free parent hotline department which is staffed with full-time bilingual customer service representatives.
  • If a customer wants to place an additional order, approval must be received by the school prior to shipping
  • A parent hotline instructions letter is placed inside each seller’s box
  • Short and/or damaged replacement items are then sent directly to the seller’s address
  • No frozen food or standard cookie dough programs
  • Group may receive a reduction in profit depending on the program selected
