How Frozen Orders are Handled

Frozen food or cookie dough fundraisers can be a great money maker for school fundraising; however, it is important that you are aware of the following:

School Fundraising Delivery:
Ensuring that students’ boxes make it home in a timely manner once they are delivered to your school will be important. Therefore, make sure and utilize several forms of communication to confirm that everyone knows about your delivery date:

  • Send home your delivery notice letters
  • Post it on your marquee
  • Use your school’s voicemail system

Since you are dealing with frozen items you will want to make arrangements to secure additional freezer space in the event that there are boxes that don’t get picked up at your delivery

Additional Fundraising Orders:
You will only receive 1 frozen shipment at your school. This means that you will not be able to:

  • Submit late orders past a certain time period*
  • Receive missing items after your delivery**

*To ensure that any late orders will be processed in time, it is recommended that you fax any late orders that come in within 2 business days of your first order has been mailed

  • Use your late order fax cover sheet
  • On the day that you mail your order make sure and let everyone know what the fax deadline date is for any late orders

**If you do happen to have any missing items you will be issued a credit at your closeout once your bill has been paid in full
