How to Prepare for Your Super Party
The big day for your Super Party is fast approaching so we just wanted to make sure that everything is in order. Please review and prepare accordingly:
1. Make Sure All Volunteers Have Been Contacted:
- All volunteers should arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the Super Party and will need to attend a brief safety presentation which will be performed by the inflatable company.
- Obtaining volunteers is your group’s responsibility (at least 10-15 volunteers are required)
2. Locate Outlets:
Identify all available electrical outlets at the location (Only if gas generators are not being used)
3. Secure a Large Surface Area:
A surface at least the size of a typical school gymnasium is required, either inside or outside in a designated grassy area or parking lot. Please have the area cleared and reserved at least 2 hours before the event so the inflatable company can set up. If a parking lot will be used, please make sure that everyone knows to park in an alternate location
4. Plan for a Fun and Safe Event:
- Review and enforce our safety rules
- Please make sure that everyone knows that there is no running allowed at any time during the party
5. Additional Supplies:
- Money Wheel & Money Machine (if needed): Most inflatable companies will be able to provide a money machine; however if they do not provide a money wheel and you are unable to provide your own, we recommend that you do something like ‘Jump for George’ instead. If you are going to be using the money wheel or money machine we recommend not setting them up until the end of your party when you do your award ceremony for your top sellers
- Please provide one table and a few chairs (The chairs are for the volunteers)
- We recommend that you provide music at your party
6. Get Your Group Excited:
Make periodic announcements ahead of time so that everyone is excited and prepared for the party
A great way to get the word out about your Super Party is to arrange to have someone from your local newspaper or TV station at your event
