In order to ensure that your group stays focused on the fundraising goal you will want to track student progress throughout your sale. Check in with you students 3 times, the day after the kickoff (day 1), at the half way point (day 7) and then finally at the end (day 14).
On your 3 check-in days you will want to check order forms as well as money collection envelopes to see if they are keeping up with their selling. Once you have determined your seller item goal, we provide a fundraiser progress tracker prior to your kickoff that will help you track your entire sale.
The fundraiser progress tracker allows you to record each student's sales at your 3 check-in days and thus track how well your fundraiser is going.
